What We Do

Sadly, physical activity inequalities have widened since the COVID19 pandemic. Inspector Play is committed to providing resources and tools to support settings and organisations to understand, track and respond to every child's level of physical activity and improve the physical literacy of young children.

10in60

Principles of the 10in60

Break up sedentary time

Regular 10min bursts every 60minutes

Positive regular physical activity experiences, to find out more get in touch

Designed to inspire children to move, the 10in60 is a EYFS programme that supports teachers in an approach that is fun and relevant to the curriculum.  Research shows that young children have limited attention spans and are being more sedentary – the key is to get children moving regularly and embed 10mins in every 60mins throughout the day.

Physical Education is about more than ability to succeed in fundamental movement skills it is about using movement and active play to create confidence, competence, and character through regular and positive physical activity experiences.

The programme makes links with the ‘Development Matters in the EYFS’ to support the teaching of topics through physical activity.
